How To Increase Profits Through Gender-Balanced Leadership

News Flash! Men and Women are different! There are the obvious physical differences, but we are also different in ways that are not easy to see, but often experienced. We think differently, we communicate differently and we respond differently. There are good reasons for that. We view the world from different perspectives.

Difference in perspectives brings more money to the bottom line. The problem is we’re missing perspective. We’re leaving money on the table! It’s because in most organizations, we’re lacking female leadership at senior levels. We don’t have the gender balance we need to best solve our biggest and most expensive problems. The question is how do we change this paradigm? How do we get more women in senior leadership roles?

Join Melissa Greenwell for a walk through the “10 Steps to Build Gender- Balanced Leadership Teams” and learn how you can change practices, programs and behaviors and that will enable you to build more gender- balanced and successful leadership teams and be more profitable!

Here’s what you will learn:

1. The business case for having more gender balance in leadership.

2. The brain science behind how men and women think, communicate and problem solve differently.

3. How to have transparent conversations in your organization about the importance of gender balance.

4. Strategic actions you can implement to increase gender balance in leadership.
