We are pleased to be hosting Caroline Young for the November Executive Women in Finance Meeting. Caroline will be talking with the group about her career path and the lessons she learned along the way. Each chapter (from courtroom litigator to private equity partner to founding her own consulting firm), gave Caroline the opportunity to grow and stretch. She weaves the insights she gleaned along the way into a tapestry that is both relatable and inspiring. Following her talk, Caroline will be sitting down with an EWF sponsor for a question and answer session that will include an opportunity for questions from the audience.
Caroline started her career as a successful litigator and then moved on to private equity, where she became a thought leader with respect to private equity exits. In 2019, she was named in the WSJ Pro Women to Watch in PE. In addition, Caroline was recognized by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine as a 2021 Top 25 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A. Caroline is a frequent speaker at industry events with topics ranging from exit strategies to women in deal making.
As Founder and CEO of Craftsbury Consulting, Caroline is excited to be turning her focus to helping women excel in their career paths, while at the same time helping firms embrace and retain their incredible female talent.
