Join us in August for a conversation with 50/50 Women on Boards, the leading global education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward gender balance and diversity on corporate boards.  50/50 Women on Boards shares a mutual desire to ignite meaningful change across all corporate leadership levels and bring attention to the business imperative of diverse boards.
In 2010 50/50 Women on Boards was founded to educate, advocate and collaborate with corporations and action groups committed to advancing women to corporate boards. We created our proprietary 50/50 Women on Boards Gender Diversity Directory and Index™ to transparently track the progress of women, and report insights that compel good corporate governance.
Reaching and exceeding the initial triumphant goal of 20% women directors by 2020, the new campaign boldly calls for gender balance and diversity on corporate boards of the Russell 3000 Index companies. As data is made available by race and ethnicity, 50/50 is committed to disaggregating the data to report by Latinx, Black, Asian Pacific Islander, Indigenous, Middle Eastern, and Multiracial men and women board directors.
To drive change 50/50 will continue to educate women, including women of color on how to pursue a corporate board seat, advocate for the business imperative of women on boards, collaborate with like-minded corporations and organizations who share this same goal, and transparently report on the progress.

SPECIAL NOTE TO ATTENDEES:
We will be collecting bottles of wine at this luncheon for Dress for Success Indianapolis. This is an unique opportunity to help Dress for Success meet their goal of raising 500 bottles of wine for their wine pull at the annual Stepping out in Style. This is the largest fundraising event for DFS and the money raised helps them provide tools to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and developmental tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Please consider bringing as many bottles of wine as you would like to the luncheon. The bottles of wine must have a retail value greater than $20 but can be any year, any brand, red, white, rose or champagne. In lieu of wine bottles, they will also accept check donations made out to Dress for Success or cash. The volunteer committee and a Dress for Success representative will have a table set up at our luncheon and you can receive a donation receipt as well if requested.
We will be placing Executive Women in Finance tags around each bottle so that attendees of their event will know the great work that we are doing. Let’s help Dress for Success have their best event ever!
