Join Executive Women in Finance for our February Virtual Luncheon!
Given the unbelievable changes to our environment in 2020, it will go down as one of the most stressful and challenging in our lives. No doubt, the lack of consistency coupled with very few knowns about the path ahead has significantly impacted the “flow” in each of our roles today. Being able to quickly and powerfully Bounce Back can make the difference between surviving and thriving. This discussion explores the 5 Bounce Back Factors of resilience: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Spiritual and shares strategies to build the hardiness required to create positive energy as women, finance professionals and organizations.
Sarah Turner will frame all 5 factors for us and take a deeper dive in the Mental dimension. She will also highlight some of the ways stress manifests itself during your day, even those experiences we all laugh about later. Did you drive away with your lunch sitting on top of your car? Did a pet or kid jump in during your Zoom meeting? We all can share these common experiences!
EWF will also offer follow-up content in the form of Micro-Learning Videos called The 6-Minute Stretch Series that will highlight the Bounce Back Factors. Over the weeks following the event, we will provide links to these videos so you can learn more about the other dimensions from Sarah.
