Join EWF for The Power of Pause Program!
Designed to introduce individuals to mindfulness techniques such as meditation, visualization, and conscious breath work to help improve communications with others, allow space for creative solutions, become more comfortable with uncertainty/adversity, and learning how to skillfully tap into intuition as a source of knowledge.
Plan to wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in and bring a yoga mat or rent one at the studio for $3. Event will be $10 and is limited to the first 25 registrants.
