With the recent changes in the economy and in the world in general, are you feeling increased stress around the uncertainty of the future? We understand the increased pressure and demands that have made our daily lives more stressful and difficult and we want to make sure that you have access to tools and resources that can support your health and well-being.
Join Kristine Camron, founder of kOMpose Yoga and a corporate lawyer, on Tuesday, May 12th from 4:30-6pm for a 90-minute virtual workshop designed towards building your confidence, reducing your stress and increasing your overall sense of happiness and well-being in your life.
You will learn simple mindfulness techniques such as meditation, visualization, and conscious breath work for cultivating a greater sense of self-awareness and inner strength to help navigate stress with an improved ability to communicate with others and increased level of comfort with uncertain and adverse situations. These skills will enable you to respond to the challenges that arise in your life in an intentional and positive manner.
This program is a donation-based event and 100% of the proceeds will benefit The Julian Center.
Plan to wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in and grab a yoga mat or towel.
